IT Procurement analyst (Buyer)

Note: Our focus is on candidates with IT contract management experience within organizations of a similar scale and complexity to Toyota. Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves): Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar field or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience with indirect procurement sourcing. Demonstrated experience in procurement principles and practices or equivalent experience. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and successfully set priorities for meeting time-bound deliverables. Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel. Demonstrated ability to create and implement procurement strategies. Exceptional analytic, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills with applied solid judgment and strategic thinking. Strong collaboration, communication (written and verbal), and influencing skills. Experience with Procure to Pay tools, including but not limited to Ariba. Experience with procurement of software and related technology services. Contract drafting and negotiation experience with suppliers. Must have: Hands on experience with IT SLA/ IT contract term negotiations, MSA & SOW. Will be responsible for sourcing of vendors and identifying the best vendors for IT related procurement for e.g., projects related to services & hardware, IT upgrades, etc. Handle asset management, SaaS procurement, and SLA/contract term negotiations.
