Technicien de maintenance (H/F) 47

Job Title
Vous assurez le bon fonctionnement, la fiabilit et la scurit de l'ensemble des quipements et machines de l'atelier de production. Vos missions principales:
- Maintenance prventive et curative : Diagnostic des pannes, rparations, rglages et contrle rgulier des outils de production pour garantir un rendement optimal.
- Amlioration continue et Projets : Force de proposition pour optimiser les quipements, rduire les cots de fabrication et participer l'installation de nouveaux matriels.
- Gestion et Suivi (GMAO) : Saisie des interventions, gestion des stocks de pices dtaches et rdaction de procdures et gammes opratoires.
- Scurit et Intervenants extrieurs : Respect et application stricte des consignes de scurit/EPI, rdaction de plans de prvention et encadrement des prestataires externes.
- Transversalit et Pdagogie : Collaboration troite avec la production et les mthodes, et accompagnement/formation terrain des oprateurs et collgues.
Profil recherch:
- Formation / Exprience :o Bac+2 (type MEI, MS, MI, lectrotechnique, GIM) ou CAP/BEP avec une solide exprience terrain en milieu industriel.o Habilitations lectriques requises : H0, BR, BC, B2V.
- Comptences techniques :o Diagnostic rapide de pannes (lectrique, mcanique, automatisme...).o Matrise des appareils de test/mesure et idalement pratique d'un logiciel de GMAO.
- Savoir-tre :o Rigueur, mthode, ractivit et autonomie.o Bon relationnel, esprit d'quipe et force de proposition.o Sens aigu des rgles de scurit et respect des valeurs humaines d'entreprise.
