Liquid Nirvana a new juice bar in Farmington, CT is looking for 2 baristas to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged. Local college student or rising high school seniors tend to be ideal candidates. Our main need is someone to open the store. Hours are 7:45 to 2:30. Days are flexible.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Open or Close store
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista
- Good organization and keeping the environment clean and hygenic
- Sense of urgency
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- multitasker
- Ability to handle a fast pace environment
