Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries regarding travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Deliver professional customer service through phone, email, and online platforms
• Research, prepare, and present travel options that align with client preferences
• Assist with reservations, booking confirmations, and itinerary management
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality preferred
