Our facility is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility with compassion, professionalism, and excellence. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and a positive environment for residents and staff.

Job Duties:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance

• Lead staff in delivering exceptional resident care

• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation

• Implement quality assurance programs and address resident concerns

• Recruit, train, and supervise department heads

• Foster strong relationships with families, staff, and the community

• Represent the facility in public and professional settings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or long-term care

• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills

• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and best practices

• Professional integrity and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
