Provide preventive dental care including cleaning, scaling, and polishing. Educate patients on oral health maintenance and disease prevention. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care. Uphold infection control protocols and safety standards. Foster strong patient relationships through clear communication and empathy. Requirements Licensed dental hygienist Current Registered Dental Hygienist license. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive and self-motivated with a positive, upbeat attitude. Commitment to goal-setting and continuous learning. Experience working in a patient-focused, relationship-based dental practice. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse staff.
