Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Overview This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice. Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 30–45 minute commute). Schedule: primarily daytime hours, with 1–2 evenings per week extending to 6:30–7:00 PM; other days typically wrap up around 5:00 PM. Our goal is to keep a balanced caseload for all our new BCBAs, so we balance daytime and evening clients accordingly — this is what you can expect from your schedule. Clinical & Administrative Support Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties Manageable, individualized caseloads Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics BT Managers for performance and operational support BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing Learning & Advancement Internal CEUs and virtual trainings Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV Growth into leadership , training, consultative, and operational roles Continuing Education Stipend : $2,000 annually PTO : Up to 22 days in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months 401(k) Match Health Coverage : Medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance Pet Insurance Compensation Base Salary : $83,100 and $103,800 Dual Bonus Program : $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours First Year Singing Bonus : Up to $5,000 Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in human services or a related field BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred Cortica is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
