We have more leads than we can handle, and we're looking for licensed agents in Cortland and Ithaca who want real business from day one.

What you get

4. Admin and transaction support: transaction coordination is handled for you, and the team admin is paid for by the team lead, not by you.
5. Marketing done for you: just listed, under contract and sold social posts made for every deal.
6. Systems: a team handbook, a proven Follow Up Boss follow-up process, monthly market reports for your clients, and AI tools that help with follow-up texts, seller updates and listing materials.

Who we're looking for

1. A current NY real estate license (required)
2. Someone who actually follows up and likes helping people
3. Comfortable with tech and learning new tools
4. Lives in or near Cortland and Ithaca and knows the local market
