Blender Operator - 2nd shift

Blender / Extrusion OperatorThe Blender mixes and pre-forms materials for thread seal tape production.Core Responsibilities:Mixing & Pre-forming: Weigh and measure PTFE resins, pigments, and lubricants; operate pre-forming equipment to create billets for extrusion.Extrusion Operation: Set up and operate extrusion lines, ensuring continuous product flow using correct tooling and dies.Quality Control: Use gauges, calipers, and micrometers to verify products meet exact specifications.Inventory & Logistics: Move resin drums to storage, maintain accurate material records, and tag finished jumbo rolls.Maintenance: Clean and inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe, optimal operating conditions. INCLUDING SWEEPING/CLEANING/DETAILING AREA.Qualifications:Accredited High School Diploma or GED.1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs frequently.Physical capability to stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $19.00
