Assigned projects may include operational improvements, systems implementations, data and reporting initiatives, AI and automation solutions, and cross-functional strategic programs.Partners with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects that align with organizational goals and user requirements. Utilizes Agile methodologies to plan, prioritize, track, and communicate project progress, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.Develops and maintains project reporting, dashboards, status updates, and executive communications to ensure transparency and informed decision-making. Facilitates stakeholder engagement, sprint ceremonies, project reviews, and change management activities to support successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and AI-enabled capabilities.Participates in training users, evaluating project outcomes, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and measuring business value realization.
