Job Description Summary Executive – Strategic Initiatives is an execution-focused leader responsible for leading several enterprise-wide strategy programs. The role is critical to shaping long‑term strategy, driving transformation, and ensuring operational excellence across the portfolio globally. Key Responsibilities Execute large strategic programs end‑to‑end, building strong relationships with senior executives and influencing change efforts. Define objectives, analytical frameworks, and execution roadmaps for strategic projects; track and achieve financial goals in collaboration with Finance. Drive process improvement and change management across departments. Diagnose strategy engagements by understanding context, conducting stakeholder interviews, reviewing internal documents, and analyzing market trends; assess current state using SWOT, value chain analysis, and root‑cause identification. Generate strategic options, including hypotheses, benchmarking, and pathways; forecast scenarios and conduct financial assessment with sensitivity analysis. Prioritize options based on ROI, strategic fit, feasibility, and stakeholder alignment; assess risks and develop mitigation plans. Develop recommendations into a compelling narrative, facilitate workshops and steering committee sessions to secure stakeholder alignment. Design implementation roadmaps with phases, milestones, KPIs, and ownership structures; enable change through communication plans, training, and governance. Lead strategic planning and execution, setting specific goals to realize the long‑term vision set by senior leadership; develop a 5‑year roadmap aligned with corporate goals and innovation priorities. Partner with senior leadership to identify and execute high‑impact initiatives across product development, digital transformation, and care delivery. Support business development strategy by prioritizing, evaluating, and conducting due diligence on potential opportunities. Lead operations for the Strategy Department, performing a Chief of Staff function to the CSO and providing ad‑hoc support as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Strategy, Healthcare, or related field preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or healthcare innovation. Proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in fast‑paced environments. Experience in Med Tech, healthcare, or private equity‑backed organizations preferred. Core competencies: strategic thinking, business acumen, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, executive presence, cross‑functional leadership, excellent communication, and stakeholder management. Compensation and Benefits Pay range for U.S. based positions: $240,000.00–$360,000.00 annually. Performance‑based incentive compensation may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
