We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious  Warehouse, Shipping & Production Support Associate to join our team. This role will primarily support  shipping and fulfillment operations , including picking and packing customer orders, preparing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and assisting with Amazon FBA shipments. The position will also support production activities as needed.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, physically capable, comfortable using computer-based shipping systems, and willing to learn multiple areas of our operations.  Experience with ShipStation, Amazon FBA, or similar shipping/fulfillment platforms is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Fulfillment

• Pick products and materials accurately according to work orders, pick lists, or customer orders.
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product condition before shipping.
• Create shipping labels, packing slips, shipping documents, and other required documentation.
• Process and coordinate outbound shipments with carriers.
• Utilize  ShipStation and other shipping/fulfillment platforms to process orders and shipments.
• Assist with  Amazon FBA shipments , including preparing products, labels, packaging, and documentation according to FBA requirements.
• Learn and perform shipping processes across multiple sales channels and carriers.
• Track shipments and assist with resolving shipping issues or discrepancies.

Receiving & Inventory

• Receive incoming materials and confirm deliveries against purchase orders.
• Put away products and maintain accurate inventory locations.
• Perform cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using company computer and inventory systems.

Production Support

• Supply production areas with materials, components, and packaging.
• Assist with basic production, assembly, labeling, or packaging tasks as required.
• Move finished goods from production to designated warehouse locations.
• Support production operations as needed while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Warehouse & General Support

• Operate manual pallet jacks.
• Keep warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production-support areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Report damaged products, equipment issues, shortages, and quality concerns promptly.
• Assist with other warehouse, shipping, and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, manufacturing, fulfillment, or production experience preferred.
• Experience with ShipStation, Amazon FBA, or similar shipping/fulfillment platforms is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness and ability to learn company-specific shipping systems, FBA procedures, and fulfillment processes.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, labels, and shipping documents.
• Basic computer and inventory-system skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple areas of the business.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds with assistance when required.
• Ability to work in a warehouse or production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.
