Remote NC RN Case Manager - Care Coordination

CVS Health is seeking an RN Case Manager to work remotely from North Carolina. The role involves telephonically assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating case management activities to evaluate medical needs and support overall wellness. Normal hours are Mon-Fri 9:00am–5:30pm EST with occasional evenings and holidays; up to 10% travel for occasional meetings if you live nearby High Point.
