Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Background & Skills

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible for state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates considered
• Pediatric experience, preferably in a school or teletherapy setting
• Familiarity with IEP processes, evaluations, and goal writing
• Strong collaboration skills with educational teams, families, and caregivers

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing a range of communication challenges
• Deliver direct therapy, primarily onsite, to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory protocols
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and progress updates
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster holistic student development
