We're looking for a motivated Relationship Manager who can grow client partnerships, uncover new opportunities, and deliver financial solutions that make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management of a commercial portfolio, including the formulation and implementation of a plan for portfolio growth.
• Manage loan referrals up to $1MM that come for various departments throughout the bank.
• Responsible for developing new prospects and obtaining new clients for Univest.
• Establish and negotiate within loan policy and procedure the terms under which credit will be extended to qualified customers including interest rate, repayment method, and collateral requirements.
• Originate loans and utilize the scoring model inside of nCino for underwriting and approval.
• Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of banking experience.
• Customer-focused with strong knowledge of credit, banking, and investment products and processes. 5-8 years' experience preferred.
• Ability to manage risk within portfolio, including loan grading.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending practices, compliance issues, credit scoring/underwriting skills.
• Strong business analysis, planning, critical thinking, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle most problem/exceptions in an independent manner.
• Goal-oriented individual with strong leadership and interpersonal and communication skills.
• PC experience, specifically in Excel, Word, Sales force, nCino and Outlook.
