Job Title Trainer Location Job Type Part-time Job Classification Hourly Exemption Type Non-Exempt Shifts Based on client needs Salary Grade Education Bachelor's Degree Travel Up to 25% overnight Job Description Conducts training and provides training for a variety of internal and external customers *Would be open to discussing part-time or full-time Job Requirements Position Responsibilities Conduct internal and external training on a variety of safety topics including HAZWOPER 24-hr and 40-hr and 8-hrrefreshers, 10 and 30 hour OSHA training for General Industry and Construction, etc. Develop and update training materials as needed Operate motor vehicles safely and in accordance with applicable regulations Provide additional support as needed Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor's degree in related field AND 3 years experience in safety field; OR 5 years experience in the safety field Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and laws and KDHE regulations Excellent organization, problem-solving and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation and public speaking skills Strong attention to detail Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record 40-hour HAZWOPER training
