Job Description

Maintain production and quality by ensuring continuous operation of machinery, mechanical equipment, buildings, and grounds.

• Shift: $27-28 
• Pay: 7-3:30pm

Responsibilies:

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, and production machinery according to diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain buildings, offices, production areas, and grounds, including snow removal, floor care, and landscaping as required.
• Locate and diagnose sources of mechanical problems by observing equipment in operation, listening for issues, and using precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Inspect and measure parts to determine necessary changes in dimensions, using calipers, micrometers, and related tools.
• Adjust device functional parts and control instruments using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.
• Manage inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies by checking stock levels, placing orders, and verifying receipts.
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies effectively to accomplish job results.
• Provide maintenance information by answering questions and responding to requests from team members.
• Prepare and submit maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Support team efforts by assisting with related maintenance duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with equipment preventive maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting
• Ability to perform repairs and building/facilities maintenance
• Knowledge of power tools and industrial equipment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
