We are a scratch bakery using organic ingredients. All dessert products are made in house.Responsibilities to include:- Create and prepare all pastry items needed for service, including cakes, fillings, scones, sauces, ice creams and banquet production- Plating of desserts-Carefully follows exact recipes-Responsible for weekly bakery inventory and rotating food supplies on hand-Maintains clean and sanitary bakery-Covers all plating shifts as needed for call outs and vacationsQualifications-Minimum 1 years in pastry kitchen- Culinary degree in Pastry-Knowledge of high volume or banquet service- Be able to work in pressurized environment and remain calmRequirements- Be able to work 10 hour shifts- Able to lift 50LB-Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.-Punctual and disciplined to maintain optimal work enviroment-Able to follow instructions and recipes accurately-Confident in pastry techniques and skillsLOCATION1901 N Military Trl, Boca Raton, FL 33431, USAABOUT FARMER'S TABLE BOCA RATON & NORTH PALM BEACHIndustry: Restaurant #J-18808-Ljbffr
