Floyd Healthcare Management, Inc. is seeking an RN to join a 36-bed General Surgery/Trauma Step-Down Unit in Texas. You will participate in governance and quality initiatives, assess and plan patient care, and collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes. You will document in the EHR, maintain safety standards, and may float to other units to meet patient needs.
