Job description
- Lead end to end data science initiatives from problem framing to production deployment
- Design develop and optimize ML models using Python Spark MLlib and Databricks
- Build scalable data pipelines and features on AWS using Databricks and Delta Lake
- Perform advanced statistical analysis machine learning and predictive modelling
- Implement MLOps practices using MLflow CICD pipelines and model monitoring
- Optimize Spark jobs for performance scalability and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with data engineers' architects and business stakeholders
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions and actionable insights
- Ensure data quality governance and security across AWS environments
- Work with AWS services such as S3 Glue IAM and Redshift
- Mentor junior data scientists and review modelscode for best practices
- Drive experimentation AB testing and model performance evaluation
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge sharing
- Stay current with emerging data science AIML and cloud technologies
