Building and disassemble weld cells Basic Pneumatic skills Basic Machining MIG welding Adjusting sensors (advance and retract based on HMI) Touching up 1 to 2 Robots types Basic Robot programing Reading weld prints Willing to travel up to 40% of time to customer sites Maintain a skills inventory score indicative of a level I or higher technician Job Requirements Basic understanding of mechanical components (metric and standard fasteners, socket head cap screws, button head, hex head, flat head and dowel pins) Basic understanding of electrical components, basic use of a volt meter to check for AC voltage and DC voltage.
