This individual will be responsible for overseeing all Buffalo Grove area operations, acting as the main point of contact for our staffing clients. This role entails understanding client needs, managing relationships, and ensuring the successful recruitment of candidates to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will possess two years of experience in the staffing industry and will be bilingual in English and Spanish, facilitating effective communication with a diverse client base. Compensation based on experience.Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision.Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, and the manager must be available after hours based on client's needs.Located in Buffalo Grove, ILDuties and ResponsibilitiesDrive growth of partnerships with companies and community organizations through daily communication and in-person visits.Build high-performing teams by recruiting, hiring, and training staffing professionals.Establish and regularly monitor individual goals and objectives for the branch team through weekly 1:1's.Administer individual activity and result expectations within the first 30 days of employment.Foster an environment that encourages open dialogue with supervisors regarding performance, working conditions, and company matters.Develop and implement motivational activities to enhance morale and retain colleagues.Drive and manage recruitment and business development efforts to meet or exceed annual targets and budgets.Maintain the operations and appearance of the branch in accordance with company standards. Ensure branch adheres to standard operating procedures through audit (I-9 compliance, reference checks, and contract compliance).Demonstrate knowledge of financial and business reporting to effectively manage market operations.Ensure formal performance reviews are conducted to assess colleagues' performance and outline career development steps.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements and QualificationsPrevious staffing or industry experienceBilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.Ideally possesses at least 3 plus years of leadership experience in the industrial staffing industry.Proven performance in branch management, grass roots recruiting, operations, and sales managementDirect supervision of multiple direct reports for more than 1 yearAbout Accurate PersonnelEverybody needs to work, but turning that work into a rewarding career is what separates Accurate Personnel from any other job.
