Visit our site Eleosaba.com to learn more!About the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) PositionWe are looking for high-quality RBTs to provide in-home ABA services to our clients in a professional and compassionate manner.At Eleos ABA, you will be working in an environment that provides growth opportunities, as well as the support needed to achieve your individual career goals. You should be able to follow verbal and written instructions.Eleos ABA provides extensive training on behavior tracking software, ABA concepts, implementation of individualized plans, BCBA mentorship, and on-going training.RBT ResponsibilitiesProvide direct care to clients in a one-on-one therapy setting implementing individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Collect and record data on client behavior.Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of caregivers.Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.Maintain strict confidentiality.Attend trainings to acquire further knowledge.RBT QualificationsEducation: High school diploma (Bachelors preferred)Experience: 1 year working with children under 10yrs old, experience as a therapist/RBT preferred.If not already credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the BACB, Eleos ABA will provide the training and experience necessary to obtain certification.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.Must be able to lift and carry clients with adaptive equipment.Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.Must be willing and able to transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan in the course of working with children with challenging behaviorMust have access to transportation to commute and be prompt to each appointment.Willing to undergo a background check.Respectful and compassionate.Good time management skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to be energetic.Hold strong ethics.BenefitsPart-time positions availableCompetitive compensation based on experience3 weeks of PTO and 6 paid holidays401(k) retirement savings and investing planOpportunities for pay increases and bonuses based on performanceCareer growth and professional development opportunities including career ladderAn inclusive work environmentE04JI802jb574098w34 #J-18808-Ljbffr Tech9
