This position is responsible for ensuring a clean and well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining a consistent commitment to an excellent customer experience./ppDuties/Responsibilities:/pulliMaintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives/liliFollows practices for the safe operation, maintenance and repair of all on-site equipment, including compliance with all health, safety and OSHA programs, policies, and procedures/liliResponsible for detailed turnover of apartments, including painting, carpentry, drywall patch/repair, appliance maintenance, and completion of a detailed make ready checklist/liliResponds to work orders in a timely manner, including after hours on call maintenance requests. Participates in the on-call rotation with the rest of the Maintenance Team/liliAssists with the inspection of public areas and resident apartments to ensure proper maintenance and standards are achieved and sustained Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure at all times/liliCompliance and attention to company policy while maintaining a high level of customer service/liliParticipates in training workshops and safety meetings as necessary/li/ulpSkills/Abilities:/pulli1-3 years relevant maintenance experience required/liliAble to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment/liliExcellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail/liliMust be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work 8-12 hour standing shifts/liliMust be able to work weekends and be available for on call emergencies/li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliMust be able to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time/liliMust be able to lift 50 pounds/li/ul/div
