Overview:

Reach Lift Operator
Pay: $18.00 (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time |

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Reach Lift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, stack, and organize inventory in a fast-paced distribution environment while maintaining accuracy and following all safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

Operate a reach lift to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
Pick, pull, and replenish inventory from high rack storage locations.
Load and unload pallets and products safely and efficiently.
Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.
Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory.
Inspect equipment before each shift and report any maintenance concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Assist with general warehouse duties when not operating equipment.

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recent reach lift experience.
Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Basic math and reading skills.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (if applicable).

Physical Requirements:

Frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
