About the Role The Card Credit Bureau Services team is embarking on a multi‑year journey to re‑imagine Credit Bureau Reporting and Disputes. This role will be responsible for leading tech teams that are actively building out our end‑state experience for Credit Bureau disputes and will have the opportunity to work with multiple aspects of the Card Business, while solving critical problems for our agents and customers. Currently has or is in the process of obtaining one of the following degrees, with the required degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date: Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field. Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration. Preferred Qualifications Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products. Salary – Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300, McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100, New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900, Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300. Candidates hired in other locations will receive the salary range applicable to that location. This role is also eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
