Senior Manager, Global Revenue Technical Accounting

Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPerform revenue recognition evaluations under ASC 606 for new product launches, new contracts, and reimbursement agreementsReview new agreements and complex gross-to-net matters and help ensure technical accounting conclusions are applied consistently and appropriately by local accounting teamsDocument accounting policies related to revenue and gross-to-net matters in collaboration with International and North America revenue accounting teams, as neededPartner with cross-functional teams that review and support the contract drafting processWork closely with global accounting, finance, and commercial organizations to support internal and external financial revenue reporting requirementsPartner with the SEC Reporting team to prepare revenue-related disclosures for SEC filingsSupport quarterly and annual reviews and audits through preparation of revenue recognition memos, audit schedules, and other auditor requestsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceTypically requires 7 years of progressive accounting experience in pharmaceutical or life science revenue accounting or a technical accounting role, or the equivalent combination of education and experiencePublic accounting experience requiredPreferred QualificationsCPA preferredKnowledge of US GAAP revenue accounting guidance, including ASC 606Experience researching revenue accounting and complex gross-to-net accounting mattersExperience preparing accounting documentation, memos, and revenue-related disclosuresProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong written communication and memo drafting skillsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to collaborate across and within different levels of the organizationAbility to effectively present complex accounting analyses to senior management#LI-AA1Pay Range:$128,900 - $193,300Disclosure Statement:The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
