Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of clients to determine their substance abuse history and mental health status, gathering essential data to inform treatment plans. \n Design and implement personalized treatment plans that not only tackle addiction but also address co-occurring mental health disorders. \n Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance client motivation and progress. \n Collaborate with a diverse treatment team to ensure that care is integrated, continuous, and centered around the client's unique needs. \n Provide education and support to clients' families to enhance their understanding of the recovery process and encourage their involvement in treatment. \n Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with adult clients facing varying degrees of addiction and mental health challenges, allowing you to utilize your clinical skills in a meaningful way. Qualifications\n \n A valid and active professional license, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD. \n A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, providing a strong educational foundation for your practice. \n Specialized training or significant experience in addiction counseling and mental health care. \n Familiarity with evidence-based practices tailored for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. \n Demonstrated therapeutic and counseling skills aligned with the ability to inspire and motivate clients effectively. \n Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, enabling you to work effectively within a team context. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Previous experience working in substance abuse treatment settings or similar clinical environments. \n Expertise in dual diagnosis treatment, enhancing your ability to address complex mental health needs. \n Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
