This is a rare opportunity to practice with complete autonomy in a fully independent CRNA model - no anesthesiologists, no AAs, ever. With 12 weeks vacation annually, a diverse and rewarding case mix, and malpractice covered by the hospital - this position offers an exceptional combination of professional independence, financial reward, and true work-life balance in one of the most scenic wine country regions in the entire Pacific Northwest. The all-CRNA group is a well-respected and integral part of the care team - serving on committees and contributing to hospital leadership. All shifts are equally shared between CRNAs - everyone carries the same primary call, post-call, and schedule obligations. Currently five CRNAs strong and growing - this is a busy high quality practice. You will be challenged clinically and rewarded professionally.
