Advanced Administrative And Governance SupportThis position provides advanced administrative and governance support to the Executive Department and General Counsel, with primary responsibility for Board of Trustees governance logistics and compliance. In addition to core administrative duties, this position ensures the effective coordination, documentation, and execution of Board-related activities, supporting organizational transparency and adherence to statutory requirements.Essential FunctionsRequired Responsibilities*Leads the coordination and execution of meetings and special events, including full logistical planning and on-site support.Prepares, reviews, and distributes Board meeting minutes in collaboration with the Executive Department and General Counsel;
