- Own the Project Lifecycle - From proposal to punch list, you'll lead contracts, budgets, and schedules with precision and confidence.
- Keep Clients in the Loop - Communicate clearly, anticipate challenges, and ensure deliverables exceed expectations.
- Lead and Mentor - Share your technical expertise, remove roadblocks, and support the growth of your team.
- Make Meetings Matter - Run efficient internal meetings that move projects forward.

- A bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET-accredited)
- PE license in Kentucky
- 10+ years of transportation project management experience
- Strong MicroStation and applicable software skills
- A track record of leadership, collaboration, and follow-through
