Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in new residential and mobile home, and modular construction.
• Collaborate with contractors and builders to ensure plumbing designs meet specifications.
• Conduct inspections and tests on plumbing systems to ensure functionality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues on-site during construction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential plumbing, specifically in new construction.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a good record.
• Must agree to drug, alcohol testing and background checks.
