Plats USA - Plymouth, MN Arbetsplats On-site Sista ansökningsdag 2026-09-30 Plats: USA - Plymouth, MN Summary of the roleAs a systems and process analyst for the Information Systems and Processes team, you will drive process integration and continuous improvement by fostering standardization and global alignment of business processes within your functional area. You will define, analyze, and design the process landscape, assess change impacts, and support system integration for the TMS global process landscape, to enhance performance and ensure processes support company strategy and objectives.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesLead process improvement, re-engineering, and harmonization initiatives.Analyze, design, model, and document business processes.Gather, analyze, and consolidate business requirements.Structure, plan, and prioritize work packages within your area of responsibility.Document business requirements and ‘to be’ process designs.Prepare and maintain work stream plans and schedules.Deliver functional work stream outputs, meeting agreed milestones.Optimize cross-work stream dependencies and coordinate deliverables.Lead and coordinate functional work stream activities.Report project status for process design and documentation.Define test scenarios and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).Assist in training and education of key and end users.Support migration and data validation activities.Assist with pre go-live, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.Ensure compliance with global processes and guidelines through audits and performance monitoring.Education and ExperienceDegree in Business Process Management, Finance, Information Technology, or comparable field.3+ years of experience in process and requirements analysis, ideally with large-scale software implementation projects.Strong analytical and intercultural communication skills.Solid understanding of core and support processes, with specialization in the finance area.Experience with modern software application implementation, preferably international rollouts and cross-functional projects.Self-motivated, able to coordinate work stream activities and report project progress.Interest in supporting an international community, knowledge sharing, and networking.CompetenciesStructure, plan, lead, and monitor projects or work packages in your area of expertise.Proficient in process documentation and modeling using BPM notations (e.g., BPMN, EPC).Strong presentation and moderation skills; international and large-scale project experience beneficial.Understanding of industrial/commercial business processes.Proficient in process analysis and re-engineering methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).Strong communication skills for interaction with IT, business users, and senior management.Fluent in English; proficiency in another common language is ideal.Project management skills and certifications (e.g., SCRUM, IPMA, PMI) beneficial.Experience in process controlling and auditing is a plus.Ability to analyze pain points and bottlenecks to propose process re-engineering solutions.Self-determined working style; able to lead, plan, and execute small to mid-size projects independently.Ability to travel and work effectively in remote situations across all organizational levels.Geography to cover and travel requirementsRole covers the Americas region with responsibility for multiple locations. Up to 30% travel required to domestic and international sites.For the first six months, this role will be fully onsite (Monday–Friday).
