Physical Therapist (PT) - Geriatrics

A well-established non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in Indian River County, FL is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join its in-house therapy team . This is a salaried, exempt position offering excellent work-life balance, low productivity expectations, and the opportunity to treat patients across the full continuum of care.

About the Role

This Physical Therapist will provide care to residents across skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings . The role offers a unique opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, slower-paced community environment.

You will work in a state-of-the-art rehab gym on a large, beautifully maintained campus, treating a mix of short-term rehab and long-term care residents , including some with memory care needs.

Full-time, Monday-Friday
Day shift

Compensation

Salary range: $80,150 - $93,463
$2,000 sign-on bonus
Annual 3-4% merit increases

Productivity Expectations

65-75% productivity (exceptionally therapist-friendly)
Focus on quality care, not volume

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in Florida
Prior experience in skilled nursing and/or outpatient settings preferred
