Naples Dental is currently seeking a skilled Associate Dentist with a great personality and a commitment to clinical excellence to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive oral health of your patients, performing a variety of diagnostic, restorative, and surgical procedures. Pay

$162,000~$207,300 per year

Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Education: Must possess a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from a school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and the American Dental Association.
Certification: Current CPR certification is required.
Compliance: Must comply with all office, local, state, and American Dental Association regulations, protocols, and procedures.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate, caring demeanor toward patients.

Job Description

Diagnosis & Treatment Planning: Examine patients to diagnose cavities, fractured teeth, and oral diseases. Interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests to create detailed, effective treatment plans.
Restorative Dentistry: Perform procedures to treat decay, prepare and place fillings, and care for cracked or fractured teeth.
Surgical & Endodontic Procedures: Perform tooth extractions, root canals, and surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
Anesthesia & Sedation: Administer local anesthetics, sedate patients as needed, and prescribe necessary antibiotics or pain management medications.
Patient Education: Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits, explain treatment options, and provide clear aftercare instructions.
Prosthodontics: Create models for dental appliances.
