Desired Qualifications:

• Active School Psychologist certification/license for the state of California
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Strong understanding of assessment tools and interpretation
• Experience with IEPs, 504 plans, and MTSS/RTI processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate and student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students
• Develop recommendations and strategies to promote student well-being and academic success
• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings as an integral team member
• Provide direct counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to design and implement interventions
• Support the creation of safe, inclusive learning environments for all students
• Maintain timely and accurate records in accordance with district and legal requirements
