Client Details: City Boise State ID Zip Code 83712 Trauma Level Level 3 Teaching Hospital: Yes Cancellation Policy: Four (4) shift cancellations per 13-week assignment. Assignment Cancellation: CLIENT has the right to cancel, without penalty, any request for placement of Temporaries or signed Worked Order, by providing written notice to COMPANY of at least seven (7) days' written notice. In the even CLIENT provides less than seven (7) days' written notice, CLIENT shall pay COMPANY a cancellation fee equal to seven (7) days guaranteed hours at the applicable bill rate prescribed in the applicable Work Order. This provision shall apply to both assignments that have not started and assignments that are currently in progress. CLIENT guarantees the number of hours outlined within the applicable Work Order, subject to the cancellation provisions also within the applicable Work Order. These guaranteed hours do not include on-call or call-back hours.
