Registered Nurse (RN) - Ambulatory Care

Telephone Triage RN Pediatric Pulmonology

Shift: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 09:0017:30

Contract Length: 6 weeks

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform telephone triage for pediatric patients with pulmonary and respiratory conditions.
• Evaluate patient symptoms and determine urgency of care needs.
• Coordinate prescription refills and manage pharmacy calls.
• Complete necessary authorization forms for patient care.
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Active RN license required (compact license must be in hand at submission)
• 2 years RN experience in Pediatrics and/or Telephone Triage
• Experience with EPIC charting system required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Travel experience required

Compliance / Notes:

• Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits.
• Candidates must provide 2 references during compliance.
• Modules completed pre-start or during orientation; non-billable time.
