Evening Warehouse Associate Operations Department - FT Evening Shift: M-F, 3PM-11PM Our growing team is based in beautiful Boise, Idaho. You will fulfill daily website orders, pack and ship promotional boxes, and manage bulk orders for third‑party retailers, all while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. What You’ll Do: Fulfill and ship daily website orders. Transfer products accurately, paying attention to item, lot number, and quantity. Improve accuracy and speed over time while minimizing shipping errors to customers. Pack and ship weekly promotional boxes with attention to detail and presentation to send to third‑party partners, influencers, and media. Pack and ship bulk quantity boxes for purchase orders sent to domestic retailers. Assist management in optimizing the shipping process for efficiency and any additional staffing needs. Stock and organize products and supplies as needed. Unpack, organize, and maintain received shipments of product and supplies. What You’ll Need to Succeed: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Effective planning and time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently within a fast‑paced environment Ability to stay organized across multiple communication platforms Strong attention to detail and analytical skill Ability to physically move between sitting and standing while packing boxes for several hours Must be able to lift, carry, and move 50 lbs. Must demonstrate adaptability, as job responsibilities are subject to change in accordance with business demands Experience and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective planning and time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently within a fast‑paced environment Ability to stay organized across multiple communication platforms Strong attention to detail and analytical skill Shopify and Shipstation experience a plus Compensation: $16.00 per hour plus perks listed below.
