HR Admin. Support

Location: Raleigh (Glenwood Ave area)

Pay: $20-$25/hour depending on experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Administrative Support professional to assist our Human Resources team. This role will provide administrative and operational support across a variety of HR functions and requires flexibility, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  Provide administrative support to the HR team across multiple functions (recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and operations)
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Maintain and update HR records, databases, and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Assist with report creation and data analysis using Microsoft Excel
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Prepare presentations and materials using PowerPoint
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Coordinate interviews, meetings, and HR-related events
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Assist with special projects and ad hoc HR initiatives as needed

  Provide general administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  
  
  1-3 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, formulas, reporting)
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Familiarity with PowerPoint and ability to create professional presentations
  
  
  
  



•
