Development Manager (Bilingual Korean & English)

Position Overview We are seeking a driven and strategic Development Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and professional development of our financial professionals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial services, a passion for coaching and the ability to execute comprehensive training and development programs that empower advisors to scale their practices. Key Responsibilities Professional Development & Coaching: Design, implement, and manage onboarding, training, and continuous education programs tailored to both new and experienced advisors. Practice Management Support: Guide financial professionals in establishing effective business plans, scaling their practices, and utilizing firm resources to meet production and career milestones. Culture & Leadership Building: Champion the firm’s core values, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment that supports diverse cultures and communities. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with firm leadership to analyze growth metrics, identify performance gaps, and execute strategic initiatives aimed at expanding our market presence. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the financial services, insurance, or wealth management industry; experience in a management, coaching, or recruiting capacity is strongly preferred. Comprehensive understanding of financial products, insurance solutions, and wealth management practices. Proven track record in relationship management and team leadership. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate professionals at all career stages. Appropriate industry licensing (e.g., FINRA Series 6/7, 63, and state life/health licenses) or the willingness to obtain them promptly.
