Location: Clove Road, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract - Mon-Fri 40 hours/week
Compensation: Pay Range: $50.00 - $53.00 Per HR
Job Summary:
This position involves providing primary care services in a multi-specialty setting. The role requires a Registered Nurse with experience in primary care to work onsite in Clove Road, NY. The job is a contract position, requiring availability Monday through Friday for 40 hours a week.
Requirements:
Develop care plans based on patient needs and nursing team skills. Implement organizational programs and procedures. Collect and analyze data to adjust processes as needed. Maintain required licensure and engage in ongoing education. Assist patients with self-care management. Follow up on abnormal lab results and manage medication refills. Coordinate outpatient work-ups and treatment plans when necessary.
Qualifications:
Completion of nursing training from an accredited school of nursing. Minimum of one to two years' experience in Medical Practice/Primary Care, Med Surg, ER, or Occupational Health. Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
