Unifier and Web Services Administrator

Role Description

Maintain and support Oracle Primavera Unifier Version: 26.6 and higher; making changes to existing business processes, data views, user defined reports, BI custom prints, etc.

Identify configuration defects and make necessary corrections.
Assist application administrators with first level user support.
Maintain existing ASP code for the reservations portal and the Client project listing web pages.
Support existing staff with the administration and maintenance of Oracle Primavera Unifier.
Support the Client business owners within the Bureau of Building, Grounds, and Real Property Management.
Create a new web application for the Client existing reservation system currently integrated with Primavera Unifier.
Upgrade the existing Reservation code from .Net Core 8 to 10.
Collaborate closely with existing staff and other contractors.
Demonstrate communication, cross training, and flexibility in priorities and working with deadlines.

Qualifications

A four-year degree from an accredited school in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Seven (7) years or more of direct experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier (Version: 26 experience is required).
Seven (7) years or more of direct and specific experience creating applications in multiple programming languages.
Five (5) years or more of direct database design and administration.
Five (5) years or more of experience with application and database security, privacy, and compliance decisions.
Advanced knowledge of Visual Studio, including the use of Visual Studio 2026 version 18.7.2.
Advanced knowledge of VB.NET, .NET Framework, .NET CORE programming.
Advanced knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), and SQL database.
Proficient with IIS configuration.
Proficient with Windows Server versions 2016 through 2025.
Advanced knowledge of C#.
Documentation and knowledge transfer experience.
Excellent English-speaking skills, written communication skills, and knowledge transfer skills.

Requirements

Drupal Content Management System versions 10 and 11, and web application development.
Ability to publish web applications via Visual Studio to IIS.
