With offices in Cherry Hill and Medford, our agency offers a full suite of personal lines insurance as well as life and retirement solutions. We are seeking a results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. This full-time position offers flexible work options, including remote, hybrid, or in-office, based on your experience and performance. You'll play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most, while enjoying a supportive environment, advanced tools, and opportunities for career advancement.

Base Salary + Commission $65,000 - $85,000
Paid time off (PTO)
Health, dental, and vision insurance options are provided
Simple IRA enrollment is available
Remote options may become available upon performance. Remote working is on an earned basis.

Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls and follow up with warm leads
Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to agency-wide targets
Build trust-based relationships with clients and prospects
Offer a full range of insurance solutions, including auto, home, and life
Refer clients to financial specialists for life insurance and retirement planning

Requirements

Current Property and Casualty license required
Prior sales or insurance experience preferred
Highly motivated and driven to exceed sales goals
Comfortable making 75+ calls daily using our cutting-edge phone system
Strong communication skills and a desire to deliver exceptional service
