This is NOT a typical retail job. This is a high earning Sales role with uncapped commission plus an hourly base rate of pay.

What You’ll Do

\n

This role blends business development, clienteling, and styling into one high-impact position:

\n

\n

Drive New Business

\n

\n
• Proactively generate new clients through networking, referrals, events, and outreach
\n
• Build your own pipeline—this is not a “wait for foot traffic” role
\n

\n

\n

Own & Grow a Book of Business

\n

\n
• Develop long-term relationships with clients
\n
• Maintain a digital client book and consistently follow up to drive repeat business
\n
• Identify wardrobe opportunities and proactively reach out
\n

\n

\n

Run High-Value Appointments

\n

\n
• Lead 1:1 styling appointments and wardrobe consultations
\n
• Guide clients through custom garments, fit, and styling decisions
\n
• Deliver a premium, consultative experience—not transactional selling
\n

\n

\n

Hit (and Exceed) Sales Goals

\n

\n
• Take ownership of your personal revenue targets
\n
• Leverage multiple channels (in-showroom, outbound, events) to drive results
\n

\n

\n

Operate Like a Business Owner

\n

\n
• Manage your schedule, pipeline, and production follow-through
\n
• Ensure a seamless experience from first meeting to final delivery
\n

What You Bring

• 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
\n
• (B2C or B2B; menswear not required)
\n
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• A proactive, self-starter mentality
\n
• Comfort working in a performance-driven environment
\n
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
\n
• Interest in fashion, styling, or personal presentation
\n
