Senior Product Manager, Spine

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Develop market and product strategies and tactics, and interface with commercial partners to drive regulatory approval and implementation. Provide leadership to execute plans that develop platform and product category strategies and roadmaps, and successfully commercialize product solutions and technologies globally to support defined business objectives. Provide field support, product development support, and engage in customer events. Work will have purpose every day, contributing directly to life-changing outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Develop and implement key marketing collateral materials, clinical education programs, and other marketing activities using PowerPoint and multimedia tools to support the branding of product lines with customers and partners. May involve collaboration with external resources such as alliance partners and medical professionals. Implement annual tactical plans and develop strategic marketing plans for product groups, including situational analysis, revenue forecasts, competitive analysis, and identification of key opportunities and threats. Evaluate the product-marketing plan and make recommendations to ensure compatibility with LifeNet Health’s mission. Analyze sales trends and develop product portfolio plans to fill product gaps and align with new product development efforts. Identify market needs and make recommendations for these products. Provide ongoing support and collaborate with representatives of LifeNet Health, key opinion leaders, and alliance partners regarding product material development, product performance issues, and product quality improvement. Provide support to end users, field representatives, and client services staff by presenting focused on increasing product knowledge and clinical application training. Use surgeon relationships to gather information on product use, obstacles to use, and techniques that would help advance product usage. Work closely with R&D teams to support new product development and launch efforts, validate new product design, functionality, and clinical applications with customers, and implement marketing and sales plans. Provide corrective action plans to maintain corporate objectives and lead teams to improve processes within the CV Franchise. Attend activities associated with the coordination of trade shows and professional society meetings pertaining to the respective product. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the surgical community relative to the product to aid in new product development and positioning of current product lines. Implement pricing and product offering strategies based on customer needs and processing feasibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and roadblocks.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Valid driver’s license. Minimum of 3 years of product marketing experience in medical device marketing or another healthcare field. Preferred/Skills/Certification Experience in developing and marketing new medical products. Key Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills. Ability to influence without authority.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $87,226 – $116,301. Final compensation will be based on prior relevant experience.
