Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Client Service Executive for a full-time hybrid opportunity in Gulfport, Mississippi. This role is responsible for managing and expanding existing Employee Benefits client relationships while providing day-to-day account oversight and supporting revenue growth, client retention, and operational performance.

IMPORTANT: This position requires up to 25% travel. Professionals residing in Jackson, Columbia, Hattiesburg, Mobile, AL, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Serve as a primary client-service and account-management resource for an assigned group of client accounts.
• Support the business priorities of Branch Managers, Production team members, and client-service teams.
• Expand revenue within existing accounts by counseling clients on additional insurance lines or increased limits based on their unique risk exposure.
• Deliver ongoing client service consistent with operational standards and practices.
• Support client retention through responsive and consistent account management.
• Contribute to operating, productivity, and performance goals.
• Develop referral opportunities from the existing client base to support new-business development.

COMPENSATION
• $130,000–$150,000 annual salary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of client accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through ongoing service and account support.
• Identify opportunities for additional insurance lines or increased coverage limits based on client needs and risk exposure.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers, Production team members, and internal client-service partners.
• Support revenue-growth and client-retention objectives.
• Maintain operational productivity and performance standards.
• Develop referrals from existing clients and support outreach to new-business prospects.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal and external clients. Requirements:

Requirements
• Health & Life licensing REQUIRED
• 5+ years of Employee Benefits service experience REQUIRED
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time REQUIRED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and technology platforms used to support productivity REQUIRED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external clients REQUIRED
• Solid financial acumen REQUIRED
