Atomic Wings is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team in delivering outstanding food and customer service. Location: Cleveland, OH Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations. Recruit, train, schedule, and support team members. Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns. Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards. Manage inventory levels, ordering, and cost controls. Prepare employee schedules and maintain proper staffing levels. Monitor sales performance and help implement strategies to achieve business goals. Handle cash management, deposits, and reporting responsibilities. Conduct team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Support local marketing and promotional initiatives. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed. Qualifications Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Dependable with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
