Restoration Technician

Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is interviewing applicants for a full-time Restoration Technician position with a family owned, industry leading cleaning and restoration company in Hot Springs. Pay starts at $15.00/hour but can increase after an evaluation period. Basic Schedule is Mon-Fri 7a-4:30p.

Responsibilities include:


1) sorting and packing contents


2) cleaning contents and structure from soot and water damage in both homes and businesses.


3) being the on site point of contact with customers and leading a team of technicians on a project. (This requires a clean driving record as you will be using a company vehicle).


Candidates to be considered should have excellent customer service and communication skills, work well in teams, be available for flexible schedules (including weekends), maintain a professional appearance, have a reliable vehicle, VALID driver's license and clean driving record .


While experience in professional cleaning is a plus, it is not required. This position does require a candidate to be in good physical condition as the job duties include regular standing, walking, using their hands, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling.
