Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionPreferred• At least 4 years of experience in .NET technologies (preferably win forms) • At least 3 year of experience in Database PL/ SQL (Oracle or Sybase)• Strong Analytical and strong communication skills• At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of developers. • At least 2 year of experience in Development Projects• At least 2 year of experience in Performance Engineering and Performance Tuning• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. • At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.• At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.• At least 2 years of experience in project scoping, estimation and scheduling• At least 1 year of experience in any one of the agile methodologies.• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment• Experience in Capital Markets domain • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentQualificationsQualifications Basic• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
